Civic Education
Sustainable peace requires informed communities. URVR's civic education program equips refugees, host community members,
and local leaders with knowledge of their rights, responsibilities, and the principles of democratic governance and peaceful coexistence.
- Community workshops on human rights, rule of law, and constitutional principles
- Training of community leaders and local actors in peace-building and conflict resolution
- Education sessions on gender equality, women's rights, and inclusive participation
- Awareness on transitional justice mechanisms and the right to peace
- Training youth in civic engagement, non-violent conflict resolution, and community leadership
